 Dr.
Hunstad’s practice is dedicated to cosmetic plastic surgery. For over 21
years, Dr. Hunstad has practiced in Charlotte, NC. In his fully accredited
surgical center, he and his staff offer premium aesthetic plastic surgery
procedures in a safe state-of-the-art facility. Safety, care, and comfort
are paramount for Dr. Hunstad and his staff to deliver for you a most
positive surgical experience.
A graduate of Michigan State University
College of Medicine, Dr. Hunstad served his Internship and General Surgery
Residency at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Immediately
following this, he completed his residency in Plastic Surgery at the Grand
Rapids Area Medical Education Center and served a coveted fellowship in
Reconstructive Microsurgery at the MECOM Microsurgical Institute, Baylor
Department of Plastic Surgery in Houston, TX.
Dr.
Hunstad is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow
of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society
for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the
International Consortium of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the International
Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the
Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the North
Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons, the North Carolina Medical Society,
and the Mecklenburg County Medical Society.
