Periareolar Sub Glandular Saline Breast Augmentation This is a 20 year-old female. She had a periareolar breast augmentation (areola incision) This patient chose to have her implants placed above the muscle. She chose Mentor High Profile Silicone Gel implants. 450cc on Left and 450cc on Right.

Submuscular Silicone gel augmentation using Inamed Moderate Profile gels and a periareolar incision. This patient was slightly asymmetrical, so a 371cc implant was used on the right and a 339cc implant was used on the left to create better symmetry.
